PAYMENT METHODS
- All prices and charges on this website are in British Pounds Sterling and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of UK VAT and any other applicable taxes. The total cost of the order is the price of the items ordered plus the delivery charge.
- Payment for Goods ordered online must be made through our website using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch or Solo. No other method is accepted. To make sure you have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.
- All purchases are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In addtion, we may carry out our own security checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authroise payment then we will notify you by email and will not despatch the order.
- Channel Islands and Jersey are entitled to a VAT refund for orders over £30.00
When your account is charged
- Your credit or debit card will be charged once the order has been despatched to the shipping address. At that time we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the despatch, the items and information of your order.
- All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock and available, but occasionally items become out of stock or are otherwise unavailable. We will notify you by e-mail if this situation does arise.
