MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

Creating an Account

• You will need to set up an account before you proceed through checkout.




Password



• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activites that occur under your account.




Order History



• You may access your order history online by going to the 'My Account' section, logging in with your e-mail address and password, and then clicking on order history.




Order Status



• You may review an order's status by going to the 'My Account' section, logging in with your e-mail address and password, and then clicking on Order History. From there locate the order and click on that order to review the order status.




Cancellation Right



• Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within eight working days of receipt of the goods.
• If you cancel your order within the Statutory Cancellation Period and the goods have been delivered, or are subsequently delivered to you, you must return the goods to us within 28 days of cancellation and take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. If goods are not returned to us, you will be charged for the direct costs incurred by us in recovering the goods.
