Job Responsibilities People:
Strategically recruit, train, develop and coach a productive store team.
Maintain store staffing requirements to support forecasted sales and payroll budgets.
Recognize and develop talented individuals for advancement and growth within the organization.
Leadership and Communication:
Inspire, motivate, and encourage teamwork.
Take initiative as a leader by overseeing all levels of customer service and by setting daily goals and expectations to create a positive store VIBE.
Exhibit excellent floor presence by training and coaching the store team on customer service, standards, product placement and time management.
Achieve Company-average mystery shop results by guiding the team to uphold the Companys customer service standard.
Lead the team to perform all store-level operational procedures accurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
Assume total accountability for the stores profitability and guide team members to utilize Company reports to react to trends and drive business.
Achieve the store shrinkage goals by training loss prevention awareness and overseeing adherence to loss prevention practices.
Achieve a functional Shipment Processing system to ensure that merchandise is placed promptly and the sales floor is fully stocked.
Administer Company emergency and safety procedures in order to protect employees and customers against accidents and incidents.
Support the Store Merchandising Manager in facilitating the relationship between the management and visual teams in order to enhance the store environment and efficiently execute all merchandising projects.
Lead others to understand and interpret current fashion trends in local markets in order to generate creative solutions.
Take an active role in ensuring floor sets for the store are organized, scheduled appropriately, cleanly executed and completed timely.
Salary - Up to £32,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the DMM of Womenswear
Responsible for creating an exciting and relevant product assortment
Working closely with the womenswear team to ensure comprehensive ranges within the department
Sustain on-going key awareness of departmental and company performance
Continued sales analysis, carrying out confident action to best and worst sellers
Maintain key awareness of trends, brands and competitors
Ability to react to changing demands of the market place
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future product
Preparing and presenting weekly sales meetings and product reviews
Regular travel to Europe and the US
Must be computer literate (excel and word), plus knowledge of Island Pacific
