How can I track my order?
There are two easy options:
- As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email including a tracking link. Click to reveal the status of your order.
- Armed with the tracking number on your dispatch email, go direct to our delivery companies websites
Can I cancel my order?
To make sure you get your orders fast, we start processing and packing them as soon as they are submitted. As a result, we can’t amend (including any changes to your address) or cancel orders after the order has been placed – so make sure you check all details carefully!
What’s the UO returns policy?
We reckon you should be ecstatic with your order – but if for any reason you’re not you have 30 days to return the items to us by post or to your local store - please note, items purchased in store can’t be returned to our warehouse, they will need to be returned to one of our stores directly. If returning items by post please note that during busy periods it can take up to 28 days for us to process your refund. For full details, check out our Returns Page.
