How did Sticks and Stones come about and how long has it been going?
I started Sticks & Stones back as my final year project. We were given the chance to write your own brief, so I jumped at the opportunity to make my own magazine. Through the help of a lot of friends, from a number of different backgrounds, we managed to pool all our resources under one roof and create a publication to celebrate all forms of creativity and innovation. The magazine has been running for just over a year now.

Who or what inspires you / your work?
I guess I just enjoy the bringing people together. I love the interaction that you have to deal with running a project like this. You're there every step of the way; which means everything from the smallest detail, all the way up to the major decisions. Even though it may seem like a little work, in the end it all comes down to having a clear view of the bigger picture. For me there's nothing more exciting than the 'process' - watching as an idea formulates and turns in to something tangible.
