Legendary backpack brand Eastpak began life in 1952, but things were all a bit different back then. Originally known as Eastern Canvas Products, the company's main aim was to produce high-quality duffles, bags and safety equipment for the US Army. It wasn't until the 1970s, when Eastpak turned their hand to designing colourful ‘trusty backpacks’ for East Coast students, that the brand we know today began to take shape. Quickly becoming the go-to company for fun, innovative and durable bags, Eastpak gained a name for themselves all over the world. Flash forward to today and the brand continue to add to their mass profile of on-trend shoulder bags, durable luggage and, of course, those street-smart backpacks.
