Press Office
Our in-house Press Office oversee all PR, Marketing, Events and Editorial activities for Urban Outfitters Europe. As Sophie Barrett, European PR Manager, says "It's raw. And it's real."

Creative
Taking inspiration from aspects of art, media, popular culture and life, the Creative Department are responsible for the unmistakable visual experience in every Urban Outfitters store.

Planning & Allocation
Working closely with the Buying Departments, the Planning team ensure the optimum level of stock across all product areas and work to control the company's key performance indicators.
The Allocation function is responsible for ensuring that the product is in the right place, at the right time, reflecting the varying store profiles.

Buying
The Buying Departments are responsible for consistently selecting and creating an exciting product mix for our customers, season after season.
Constantly on the lookout for new trends from all corners of the globe, they ensure Urban Outfitters find the most interesting and unique items for our market. They use their sense of style, knowledge of fashion trends – past, present and future – and a clear understanding of the Urban Outfitters brand to fulfil the needs of our customers.

Web
The web team consists of a mixture of creative and web savvy folk whose aim is to deliver the Urban Outfitters brand, product and shopping experience to the customer online in an easy-to-use and engaging way.
In order to stay ahead of the competition, not only do the web team ensure that the website looks nice, they are always looking to develop and open up new ways of interacting with the customer; from utilising current social networking sites and looking out for other emerging social media.
